Version 1.0.0 · anonde.ai is in early access. This policy is being finalized with counsel; it states how the platform actually handles data today.
We process account and content data to provide the service (contract), usage and security data to meter and protect it (legitimate interests and, for billing, legal obligations), and analytics only with your consent. We do not sell your data and do not use your content to train models.
A small set of processors run the service on our instructions: Anthropic (analysis), Voyage AI (embeddings), Tavily (web/news search, where needed), Google/Microsoft (sign-in), Cloudflare (delivery and security), our hosting provider, PostHog (analytics, only with consent), and a transactional email provider.
Some processors operate outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep the record of your decisions, analyses, and their provenance for as long as you keep your account, so it stays a durable record you control. Other personal data not needed for that record is minimized on a default ~30-day window after an engagement. Original uploaded files are never retained.
You can access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or erase your personal data, and withdraw consent. The app provides a one-click export of your data and a deletion that removes your personal data across every store that holds it (billing and abuse records are anonymized rather than dropped where we must retain them). You can also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
We use HTTPS in transit, closed-group access control, data minimization, and a documented breach-response process; encryption at rest is configured at the hosting layer.
